Marble bust of Admiral of the Fleet Sir Henry Keppel, head and shoulders facing straight ahead. Bald with protruding eyebrows and mutton chop whiskers and band. Wearing full dress uniform with high collar and epaulettes of oak foliage studded with four stars.
