A proof £5 coin from the series 'Celebration of Britain: Mind, Body and Spirit', issued 2009-10. 18 coins were issued and were a precursor to the Olympics, to be hosted by the United Kingdom in 2012. Several of the coins featured quotations from Shakespeare; this one includes a quote from Richard III 'True hope is swift', spoken by Richmond before the Battle of Bosworth Field, alongside a depiction of the Flying Scotsman. This coin was designed by Shane Greeves and issued in 2009. The Royal Mint presented it to the Royal Library, along with other coins from the series.
