Mourning locket in the form of a funerary urn inset with seed pearls and amethysts, the reverse containing a lock of hair. Inscribed around edge in gold on white enamel, 'P.ALFRED. BORN 22.SEP 1780 DIED 20 AUG 1782'. Suspension loop.
