Her jewellery includes several bracelets on each wrist, drop pearl earrings and a jewelled billiment in her hair. She holds a fashionable folding fan in her right hand, a recent innovation to Europe. The portrait was previously identified as Princess Elizabeth of Bohemia, and attributed to both Dutch and Flemish schools.
