A shirt of mail or zereh composed of small perforated discs of steel connected by other links; padded mauve velvet collar embroidered with gold thread in a scrolling floral pattern extending down breast in two wide bands, opening with ring and cord lacing.
Provenance
Presented to King Edward VII, when Prince of Wales, during his tour of India in 1875-76.
