A spear or barcha with a steel blade in a tubular socket, heavily fringed; cane shaft lacquered with spiral bands to the balance, the grip bound with spiral bands of red and yellow cloth; partly-gilt steel butt consisting of a long spike with two fluted melon shaped projections.
Provenance
Presented to King Edward VII, when Prince of Wales, during his tour of India in 1875-76 at Indore.
