A steel knife and fork, each with an octagonal, tapering agate handle; the knife with curved blade; the fork with two prongs.
Provenance
This knife and fork belonged to Charles Edward Stuart, the Young Pretender and were given to George IV by Colonel Belford on June 24 1820. They were taken by the Colonel's father General Belford's Royal Horse Artillery at the Battle of Culloden in 1746.
