A pair of small porcelain commemorative jardinères and stands with blue and gilt bands and mask handles, resting on paw feet, printed with a silhouette of George III and a jubilee motto 'Dear To His Subjects' and 'AN. HONEST MAN'S. THE. NOBLEST, WOR[K] OF GOD'.
Provenance
Produced to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of George III, 1809. Presented to Queen Mary by Lord and Lady Clinton on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee, 1935.
