A blue-and-white porcelain jar and cover. The potiche with sides tapering to the base and short neck, the flat base unglazed; the low, domed cover with button knob in blue. Painted with an all-over lotus scroll in two ranks, the petals and leaves outlined in white; on the neck, a petal border; cover painted to match.
