A mantel clock in a gilt metal square case on which sits a small putto and, to the right stands a standing figure of a Roman soldier; the rectangular base has an applied lyre with a bow and laurel branches and ball feet. The face has a bezel of caste and chased roses with a gilt engine turned dial with the 12 hours represented in Roman numerals on a matt chapter ring. Movement missing.
