Photograph of the Rubens Room, Windsor Castle, now known as the King's Drawing Room, updated since 1903. The walls are now hung with a damask fabric. There is a circular table supported by lion's head/legs (RCIN 35315) on which there is a large bowl with a thin vase of flowers and books. There are various chairs and sofas in different covers, some with tapestries. Next to the long sofa is a Gothic-style chair. There is now a Russian malachite urn in the bay window (RCIN 1708). The curtains seem to have new tie-backs. The carpet is Persian.
