Photograph of the Rubens Room, Windsor Castle, now known as the King's Drawing Room. The walls are hung with fabric that features a repeating motif of the Royal coat or arms surrounded by the garter and collar of the Order of the Garter, all surmounted by a crown and edged with leaves. There is a strong geometric Wilton carpet on the floor, overlaid with another Persian-style carpet at the bay end of the room, on which there is a circular table supported by lion's head/legs (RCIN 35315). There are various chairs and sofas in different covers, some with tapestries. Next to the long sofa is a Gothic-style chair.
