Photograph of the Van Dyck Room, now known as the Queen's Ballroom, facing south. There is a variety of seated furniture, some covered with tapestry panels (RCINs 33498, 25293, 2537, 35305 etc) and a boulle clock. The carpet is of an oak trellis with Garter motif design. The paintings are mostly by Anthony van Dyck, of King Charles I and his family. On the right in between the bay windows are a series of pier tables with ornate candelbra and pier mirrors.
