Photograph of part of Room 219, which was the Sitting Room of Princess Victoria of Wales (1868-1935). This room used to be the School Room and the photographs were probably taken after the room was re-decorated and hung with new wallpaper. Here the photograph shows a corner of in-built cupboards, displaying various Sevres porcelain pieces such as basket-weave bowls, cupids holding up fruit bowls. A large pot with relief decorations sits on top of the shelves. This pot is not on the CMS. The basket-weave bowls are Furstenberg RCIN 58432.1-4 and RCIN 58433.1-5.(Circular and oval.) The sauce boats are Furstenberg RCIN 58420.1&2. (Middle shelf) The cupid bowl left bottom shelf is Meissen RCIN 58687. The cupid bowls right and base shelf are not on CMS. Nor are the tripartite bowls, second shelf right.
