Photograph of the Elizabethan Gallery, Royal Library; the walls lined with bookshelves, three ebonised wooden tables with marble tops from a set made by Marsh and Tatham (RCIN 45105) and a number of ebonised wooden chairs with barley-twist legs (RCIN 20006), much of which is still in the Library today. A clock on the wall to far right is by Vulliamy (RCIN 30808).
