Photograph of a marble statue of a young boy reading a book, on a plinth. This and another scupture by Rauch was given to Queen Victoria by Friedrich Wilhelm IV, King of Prussia in 1842, and placed in the Private Chapel. A bronze cast was made of the marbles and they were placed outside the Duchess of Kent's Mausoleum at Frogmore.
