The miniature framed photograph comes from Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House, built by the leading British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens. The inclusion in the dolls’ house of framed photographs of the king and queen mostly by Emil Otto Hoppé highlights his prominence as a photographer at this time.
