A photograph of Queen Mary and her three brothers, when children, dressed in sailor's clothes: (from left to right) Prince Francis of Teck (1870-1910); Princess May (1867-1953); Prince Alexander George, later Earl of Athlone (1874-1957), in a smock; and Prince Adolphus, later 2nd Duke of Teck and Marquess of Cambridge (1868-1927). This may be a rare photograph of Queen Mary, with her long blonde hair swept back, without a fringe.
