Princess Victoria Melita of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha was the third child of Alfred, Duke of Edinburgh and Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. She married Ernest Louis, Grand Duke of Hesse in 1894 and was divorced in 1901. She later married Grand Duke Kirill Vladimirovich.
