From Queen Alexandra's personal copy of the Christmas Gift book (RCIN 2923982-2924119) with a cover made of carved wood on the front (2924120). The book was conceived and compiled by Queen Alexandra and Thomas Hall Caine (1853-1931) with the assistance of his son GR Hall Caine; it was published by the Daily Telegraph in 1908, to raise funds for charirty. -
