Description

Photograph of a camp at the Imperial Assemblage of 1877, that took place near Delhi. Tents and formations of soldiers populate the background together with cannon and cannon balls stacked to form small pyramids. On the left of the middle ground stand elephants and mounted soldiers wearing turbans. Lamps stand on the right side of the photograph.
