Photogravure of the representatives of the nobility present at the coronation of Nicholas II, Emperor of Russia. There is a large group of men gathered in front of a stone building which has three arches supported by columns, a balcony and windows in the gothic style. All are wearing military uniform. The coronation of Nicholas II, Emperor of Russia was held at the Kremlin on the 26 May 1896. The celebrations lasted for several weeks and were attended by representatives of Russian society as well as many foreign royals and dignitaries.
