Photogravure of the representatives of Greece present at the coronation of Nicholas II, Emperor of Russia. There are six men wearing ceremonial military uniform standing in a row with Prince Nicholas of Greece and Denmark (1872-1938) to the far left. Prince George of Greece and Denmark (1869-1957) is standing beside him and Prince Constantine of Greece and Denmark (1868-1923), later King Constantine I, is standing at the centre of the group. Queen Olga of the Hellenes (1851-1926) and Mrs Sapountzakis are sitting in front of them, with Queen Olga to the left. There is a painted wall behind them and a patterned carpet on the floor. The coronation of Nicholas II, Emperor of Russia was held at the Kremlin on the 26 May 1896. The celebrations lasted for several weeks and were attended by many foreign royals and dignitaries.
