Photograph of Fayṣal I (also spelled Faisal), King of Iraq: three-quarters length portrait, standing, in full military dress, with many medals and insignia on jacket, sash, holding a sword; helmet on table. Signed by the photographer at bottom left and by the sitter at bottom right. This was probably taken on the King's visit to London, in June 1933, shortly before he died. Arched top. Annotated on verso: King Feisal of Irag / Given to King George V on the / occasion of K Feisal's visit / to England July 1933. / Signed by K. Feisal.
