Photograph featuring a three-quarters length, formal studio portrait of Princess Marie d'Orleans, seated and facing 3/4 left. On her right is a stone pillar on top of which is seated a Pug dog.

She later married Prince Waldemar of Denmark. A keen horserider and amateur photographer.
