Prince Albrecht of Prussia (1809-72), brother to the King 1864

Carte-de-visite depicting a full-length portrait of Prince Albrecht of Prussia. He is standing and faces three-quarters right. He is wearing a military uniform and holds a light coloured cap in his left hand. A sword is hanging behind him from his left side. He is resting his right hand on the back of a chair which has a cushion placed on the seat. The back of the chair is curved and two large tassels hang from the top on opposite sides of the chair. Smaller tassels hang around the base and the arm of the chair. A curtain is hanging on the right of the photograph and is draped behind the Prince.
