She is wearing fancy dress in the style of a 16th century costume and holds a fan in her left hand. She is leaning her right arm against a pillar. Frederica was the eldest daughter of George V and Queen Marie of Hanover. She married Baron von Pawel-Rammingen in Windsor Castle on 24th April 1880.
