A Chinese porcelain vase of rouleau shape (cylindrical vase with short neck, tapering at the base), with cylindrical neck and spreading rim. Painted in iron-red round the sides from above the foot is a branch of an aged prunus tree, with protruding twigs and bright red flowers.
