Photograph of the sanctuary of the southern pavilion at the Great Temple of Hullabeed. The image shows the sculpted panels that adorn the Manapa (porch) of the pavilion. From left to right, these panels represent the following deities: Siva, Kali, Brahma, Vishnu, Vishnu, Siva, Siva and a heavenly chorister.
This pavilion was in a more unfinished state than the Great Temple itself and was believed to have been built between 1300 and 1310. The text comments on the building's state of disrepair: 'Part of the roof of the principal pavilion has fallen in; parts of the external cornices are propped up by sticks'. -
