The Southern Pavilion of the Great Temple at Hullabeed 1866
-
Photograph of the southern pavilion of the Great Temple at Hullabeed, containing the sculpture of the Great Bull.
The image shows the southern side of the larger of the two pavilions. This pavilion was in a more unfinished state than the Great Temple itself and was believed to have been built between 1300 and 1310. The text comments on the building's state of disrepair: 'Part of the roof of the principal pavilion has fallen in; parts of the external cornices are propped up by sticks'. -
