Photograph of sculptures from the south-west angle of the pavilion, in the centre of the west front of the Great Temple at Hullabeed.
The principal figure of the sculptural group is a simply dressed mortal, perhaps representing the king, Narasinha Bellala, who built the temple. It may also represent an unidentified saint. The king is not shown in his regal state, but as a worshipper before the gods. -
