Description

Photograph of the intricate stone carving at the temple of Belloor, located beneath a pair of perforated stone screens. The carvings depict scenes from the life of Vishnu, geometrical patterns and mythological creatures, arranged in horizontal bands across the structure.

The temple was dedicated to the worship of the Indian god Vishnu and stood within a large architectural complex, incorporating shrines and porches.
