Photograph of the interior of Sligo Abbey, a ruined Dominican friary. The photograph is taken from the remains of an aisle looking through a stone arcade towards the nave. A man is standing next to a headstone in the ruined nave. Above him are the remains of some of the lancet windows. The ornate canopy of the O'Crean tomb is set into the north wall of the nave. The walls of the ruin have creeping vine growing on them, and a number of headstones are standing amongst the overgrown grass and weeds.
