Photograph of three girls posing beside St Columbkill's Holy Well in Kells, County Meath. The well is a square stone structure. A girl on the right of the photograph is sitting on the well, facing the viewer. Her right hand is resting on a container next to her. A taller girl is standing facing the viewer with her left hand placed on the well. She is holding the hand of a smaller child who stands next to her. The small child has one hand placed behind her back and faces to the right of the photograph. All of the girls are barefoot. In front of the well there is a bucket and a small stream of water. Behind the well there are a number of trees as well as a stone wall to the right.
