Description

Postcard of St Patrick Street, Cork. It was sent from Queen Alexandra to her grandson Prince Albert of Wales, later King George VI. The message reads : 'For my dear little Bertie from Granny. With many thanks for your dear little letter. The only one I got since you left - We had a lovely time in Ireland - I hope you will go there sometime. We missed you at Osborne where I went several times. Your loving old Granny'.
