Photograph of the railway carriage used for the Royal Train that transported Queen Victoria (1819-1901) and and Prince Albert (1819-61), on the Chemin de fer du Nord line. The carriage is painted with a coat of arms and 'Nord'. There are houses in background.. This photograph is part of an album of prints presented to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert as a memento of their state visit to France from 18-27 August 1855
