From left to right are: Prince George of Wales, when Prince George of Cambridge who wears Black Watch tartan trousers; King Charles III when Prince Charles of Wales; Queen Elizabeth II and William, Prince of Wales, when Prince William Duke of Cambridge. All face the viewer.

The portrait was taken in December 2019 by Ronald Mackechnie to mark the beginning of the new decade.
