Photograph of Queen Victoria seated in right side profile at a desk as she reads a letter. Her right hand is placed under her chin and she wears a headdress onto which is attached a long white veil. On the left of the desk is placed a framed picture of Prince Albert. Various miniatures also stand on the table.
