Photograph of Queen Elizabeth II (b. 1926) as she leaves St Giles' Cathedral, Edinburgh, following the Order of the Thistle Ceremony. The Queen wears the Order of the Thistle robes and a plumed hat. Behind her walks her train bearer, Lord James Douglas-Hamilton (b. 1942). Both The Queen and Lord Douglas-Hamilton walk underneath a canopy.
