12" x 10" glass plate negative showing a full length portrait of King George VI when the Duke of York on horseback. He is facing profile view, right and wearing equestrian dress including a silk top hat. The horse, probably a chestnut colour, is also facing profile view, right. The portrait is set outdoors with trees lining the background.
