8.4" x 6.4" acetate film negative showing a half length portrait of Queen Mary seated, angled three-quarters right, her head turned face-on. She is wearing a beaded gown, sash, diamond necklaces, and the Vladimir Tiara (also known as the Diamond and Pearl tiara; Queen Mary purchased it from the Grand Duchess of Russia in 1921). The portrait is set against a neutral background.
