8.5" x 6.3" acetate film positive showing a three-quarter length portrait of Queen Mary standing, angled three-quarters right with her head turned face-on. She is wearing a beaded gown, sash, diamond necklaces, and the Vladimir Tiara (also known as the Diamond and Pearl tiara; Queen Mary purchased it from the Grand Duchess of Russia in 1921). She is holding a closed fan in her hands. The portrait is set against a neutral background.
