Whole plate negative of a view of part of the Grand Corridor, Windsor Castle, with an an ebony and ivory bookcase (RCIN 36964) displaying Sevres, Meissen and Worcester porcelain pieces including tureens. On top of the bookcase are three marble busts of children, including Princess Beatrice (centre) by Glassby (RCIN 44126); Princess Victoria as a young child, with 'shell' by Wolff (RCIN 45140), and possibly Princess Alice by Thornycroft (RCIN 1462). On the far right is a longcase clock by Cressent (RCIN 30035). The bookcase appears to be set in front of a door or window. (Door to The Queen's Safe) The Sevres vases are RCINs 35249.1-2; the Worcester vase is RICN 4968; the Meissen service include RCINs 36011, 36013, 36018, 36026, 36020, 36019, 45047, 36032, 45048, 36028, 36030, 35529, 36027, 36016, 36029.
