A 12 x 10 inch glass plate negative of twelve gentlemen of the Royal Household, taken on the lawn outside a large Jacobean-style house, possibly Sandringham House, taken during the summer. Most wear day suits, one man has a striped jacket. All have rosettes on their lapels, worn to celebrate an event. Possibly members of the Windsor Castle Salvage Corps, including George Miles, Edward Kemp and Leopold Cleave.
