Miniature giltwood sofa in the Louis XVI style with serpentine back, the cresting carved with laurel wreath and floral trails, scrolled arm rests; seat rail with stiff leaf design on six tapering, turned legs partly gadrooned with leaf cup feet. Upholstered with petit point needlework with cartouches of wild flowers and acanthus on a pale beige ground.
