Photograph of Queen Mary and the Dowager Queen Alexandra, holding hands, as they walk over the Mall outside the Palace, during the Victory or Peace March. Queen Alexandra is wearing a metallic (probably silver) draped jacket over her dress and wears a veil. As she suffered from rheumatism, she walked with a stick and was increasingly fragile. One of nine photographs on album page (album: RCIN 2303829).
