Photograph of Queen Mary talking to two naval officers on board HMS Queen Elizabeth, a dreadnought ship, at Rosyth. The man on the right may be Admiral David Beatty, commander of the ship. Another officer is in the background, beyond which can be seen a battleship. HMS Queen Elizabeth was involved in the surrender of the German High Sea fleet, which occurred a few days earlier when the armistice was declared. Another officer is in the background.
