A snapshot photograph of Queen Mary (1867-1953) and Lady Mabell Ovilgy, Countess of Airlie ((1866-1956), taken outside a house at Abbeville. Lady Mabell was Queen Mary's Lady-in-Waiting and travelled with her while visiting the Western Front in July 1917.
