Photograph taken after the funeral of the Marquess of Lorne, 9th Duke of Argyll, on 8 May 1914 at Westminster Abbey. King George V is walking with his mother the Dowager Queen Alexandra, followed by Queen Mary and others. The Prince of Wales is talking to an Archbishop, with Princess Victoria and Princess Mary. The Duke of Argyll was the husband of Princess Louise, son-in-law of Queen Victoria. One of three photographs mounted together on an album page (album: 2303705).
