A photograph of the three-tier wedding cake of King George V (1865-1936) when Prince George, Duke of York and Queen Mary (1867-1953) when Princess Mary, Duchess of York. The wedding cake on a silver stand covered with white roses, miniature cladiums, asparagus fern, lovers knots of silver cord and shields with monograms and coats of arms of the bride and groom, and is placed on a table in the wedding marquee.
